  • Each exhibitor has the opportunity to increase the visual aspect of its booth by adding numerous accessories, decorations, visual printings and furniture. Please note that these additional items are not part of the standard booth configuration and have to be provided by the exhibitor.

    Practical information:
    • Set-up is scheduled on: Monday, November 5th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Removal is scheduled on: Friday, November 9th from 11:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
    • A special access will be open for exhibitors during the conference only to allow set-up / removal.
